This car has a good and a bad side. good side reasonable k's motor, service recipts to date. the bad side the car was only taken care of inside and mechanically. I dont think the exterior had been cleaned in 5 years. Thats why im getting a full respray.

Texy_5 dont worry smile.gif i would stick with the one you have. This is our second TX5 our other one is the same as yours. and they both have thier ups and downs, but i love them both!!! Ill post pics of our other TX5 too.

ive got no intentions of getting rid of it. just change a thing or two, mainly vaccume to boost and bolting a hairdrier to the exhaust i plan to do an engine change over from NA to turbo and change the drive line to j spec im going to work the motor before slipping it in

Posted by: OldSkoolTX5 on March 22, 2005 [ Car Profile ]

OK but beware hardly anything is the same between my NA and TURBO!!!

Posted by: QIK-TX5 on March 23, 2005 [ Car Profile ]

most of the internals in the F2T's are a lot stronger than those in the F2, so converting means changing almost everything in order for the motor to be able to cope with the extra power provided by the hair dryer

Posted by: Texy_5 on March 24, 2005 [ Car Profile ]

eg, the j-spec driveline
