SR/40 bb turbo on a custom manifold. Custom made front mount intercooler and piping.ran 13.9 best mph 108mph on 14psi(vf22).550cc 13bt injectors.Custom plenum. 175kw atw on 12psi

Stock rims (15') with new 215 tyres

HEY! how's it going??? MADDDDD ride fella! I love the colour coded front/back bars, and side skirts! I've done that to my white TX5. I've even colour coded the wipers! the only thing lackin in my car's appearance now is the rims!

I'm interested to know what your rims are?! cos in some of your pics, there are non-stock rims, the white ones. I'd like to learn more about them!

also, do u know of any TX5 clubs in melbourne?? I really wanna organise an all tx5 meet/cruise....I'm insane about the car, especially the AT and AV models!

Hey. I saw your car on the MCCR's open cruise the other night. Man it looks nice. I had a good look down at Stud Park. I really like the colour coded deal, and those white wheels are just awesome!!

The motor is the standard f2t that tx5 come with.
The car has made 175kw atw on 13psi with a new bigger turbo,aps wrx upgrade 450bb hp called sr/40.I also had a custom plenum and xf throtllebody made for it and now it makes max power at 5900rpm which is uncommon for an f2t,its got madd top end now.Its going for another tune on monday with some more booost.
The car might also be up for sale soon for around $12 000.

gr8 car, i thought it was my car at first, i got an exact clone.
i recommend tinting the blinkers and stop lights.

any way i still have the stock turbo on and i have been succesfull blowing v8 vp's vr's and some wrx's but 175 kw atw is a dream come tru 4 me. can u email me on ahmad.babti@uts.edu.au and give me names of compatible turbos i can fit in, and the work that might have to associate? dont mind if u throw in an estimate price as well

If u know any1 thats in the market for a tx5 let me know as it will b for sale very soon around the 10 mark.I think that the price is fair for the mods done to it??

hey, cant wait to buy my dad's tx5 turbo off him for $2500 (what he paid for) crazy i know but i was wondering what u need to turn up the PSI within the turbo of the tx5, any sites i can go to, to find out or do i need a turbosmart boost control kit?

dude best beat to up the psi you'll need a boost controller (digital or analog), boost gauge to actually make sure your running safe boost, and depending on how much you want to run a new computer/fuel cut defender/chip so that the car does not die on ya everytime cause your running too much boost

this question is absolutely driving me nutters hey, has anyone heard of anyone being able to get the same type of twin lights as the TX3? i think it would look awesome on a TX5 but i would love to know what work is needed to be able to get these lights on or even have them custom made (which at the moment seems the go) but if i were to, where in the world would i be able to make my dream come true lol??? anyways, thanx for reading...

looks shit house to be honest mate ive seen the tx3 lights of 3 diff tx5's one was a show car and they were the shittest bit on the whole car..one was just a basic swap..that obviously took a heap of cutting and fibreglassing looked shit also and the 3rd looked alright but still didnt suit the car..i'd suggest not doing it..and if ya gonna do it as ya dream to be "indvidual" try something else *lol* cause its been done..but hey if ya like it go for it..

looking at the front lights off a supra actually why you ask??? they fit not too bad after ya cut out a small portion of your ya plastic around ya headlights...so thats what ill be hoping to do...

Hi JeTx5 i am from Qld and i am doing up a 88 telstar tx5 turbo I am and engine reconditioner I have all ready done the botton end and fitting big valves to head & porting
I am very interested in what you have done to your turbo and intercooler and plumbing would like to see more detail in your engine bay with pic on how you set it all up & who did the work to the custom manifold & how much did it cost.THANKS
