I'm going to be buying a turbo for my 3L, V6 soon. What size do you recommend to go for ? I was thinking along the lines of a T04 or something similar.

So your keeping your VK ?? Yeah a t04 will not be too big, but depending on the compressor and turbine sizing etc, they can be a very laggy turbo, as they can be set up for big power, as they were the weapon of choice on many pac drag rotors and vl's alike. SO its up to you, choose one that has a slightly smaller turbine, and you should be right.

I have a brand new, never used T3/T4 hybrid specificly designed for that size motor. I bought it buy mistake after I stuffed up some calculations for my motor.
