My car club (camaro-firebird.org) just hosted to first US Nationals. It was a TOTAL SUCCESS and an awsome weekend, with well over 400 cars from all over australia showing what real muscle should look like One of our most important features was THE WORLD FIRST VIEWING of the new Pontiac GTO. Its a long story, but one of our members was able to get his company to ship it (and a few over export-chevs) from the holden office in SA. Basicly the big-nobs of Holden were'nt told and a f*ckwit from teh Sydney Morning Herald screwed us by ringing GM and askinga heap of questions. So once we were told it was to not to be taken out of our storage shed for display on teh saturday, and that a truck was enrout to collect it.... we said "F*CK IT" and brought it out for teh world to see.... Holden ARE NOT HAPPY WITH US LOL!!! as the car hasn't even been released in teh US yet. I've got HEAPs of pics that ill be uploading soon but for now here are the few pics i got of the GTO before they took it off us... enjoy.
