the car scene her is growing fast for a small town.
i would go in it and give tim a go(about the same hp)
but my front end needs about $3000
as i ran up the arse of some fucken corolla on friday 
need new front bar, right fender, bonnet, my chassi at the front is a bit bent, new light and indicator?? thats not all though i am not a pannell beater

90tx5 - bad news about your car dude. Kinda sucks then!
Im not entering this one, I entered the last one at hawkins and made a pretty piss weak figure. I think some people were heading out to the drags afterwards which I am thinking about. Probably will if I get some suspension done this week. |

ahhh bl 90tx5... maybe that front bar might be an option with the insurance company.. also if they are willin to do that and your ic is screwed then you can get a custom one done up for cheap than the $1200 price tag mazda want for the stocko item.. might as well increase the performance/appearance on the car now esp if you insurance company doesnt mind spending les money 
what sorta power you make tim ?  with the stocker turbo @ 10psi you should see around 100kw atw or so?
dont worry about the figure too much.. it doesnt really mean much.. how it compares to other cars is probably wat matters more.. if there are any f2t it might be worth it...  |

i seen your car at bobs last dyno day. i want to race you when i get my car back on the road..
i am in search of an aftermarket front bar as i don't want to buy the original 1 if i am going to get a different 1 later. i like the 1 on a car in this forum i forget who's it is, but if anybody knows him or were he got it from please post me

Yeah I got 93kw at the wheels at bobs dyno day (hot day). I have run 14.8@96mph, with the MPH suggesting that it should have a bit more power than that. I know that mid 14's should also be possible at the MPH. I have also run .2seconds quicker over the 60foot than my 14.8 run.
I could go on making excuses, but that is what it runs now, which i dont think is too bad for the simple/ lack of mods i have. |

i will be there on the day, but won't be putting my car in it
but yeah it should be good, i hope brownie puts his car on it!!!
and my friend "orgy" he bought lanee's vr4, he just bought a huge front mount, links plus computer, and a 350 hp turbo with a custom manifold
it shoulld just be ready by the day, t is currently being built by crawfords..
should give brownie an alright go

let me guess it is a white VR4 in pieces ATM ... then it is the on we saw today 
BTW spread the word, even thou i have noticed it is quite known already. I was at the drags tonight putting some flyers on windscreens of some of the cars ( i rekon would be interested in competing).
reminds me i need more flyers. i will around with em at the strand next week trying to spot the non dickhead drivers and give em a flyer ....

I am the same person as in PF. I started organising this thingfy to start off with, but lately heaps more ppl did a good job on it!
I will not be competing as i will be too busy on that day ....
I drive the white AU falcon with bkit (the very first which has been modded in this way). there are quite few copycats now (bastards!).

i sure do know tom and liam. havent known em for long but they r both good mates.
BA XR6T is a nice piece of art, where ford has done very well developing it. I kinda got sick of the 4s no as there are so many hanging around. What i mean is they rice em up to the max (bkit, cannon muffler etc) and think they got an extr 100kW and drive like that. I am just getting a little enoyed about it. (sorry of i stepped on someones toes here, but ifu live in TSV u would know what i mean). gotta love the turboed 4s thou ...

yeah i know what u mean, there r a lot of ricers in townsville, but mine ain't thats for sure... that i hate the most in townsville is the rotoryy faggots
sorry but they r so up themselves, driving stock series 4&5's with maybe a port, thinking they r king shit when i beat 1 in my tx5 and it anit the best .. but yeah the scene here is improving,
alot of my friends now r importing skylines, and gti-r's and suprs's and shit like that so u should expect it to go better from here
there is 1 thing townsville lacks, and thats good turbo mechanincs!!! i mean there is probably 2 or 3 but they aint that great
bob hawkins, crawfords, and that mazda mechanic, but crawfords may be the best.
but they r fucking taking there time on my friends vr4, i mean he spent a good $8000 dollars there just on a turbo, computer, manifold, and intercooler. it's been there scince christmas, what the fucks the go there????
just shows how shit this town really is!!!!
