Hi Im looking for as much information as possible on a 1991 Ford Telstar Tx5 Turbo
Power to weight horsepower weight quater mile time 0-100 time
anything and everything realting to this car. I have no manual and I wanted to know some more info on it thanks heaps.

power to weight hmmm...
best thing is to just take your beast to the closest public weigh bridge... models vary according to the equipment install.. for the mazda mx6's (exactly the same car except for a different skin) they vary from 1200 - 1350kgs...
in standard form off the factory floor they have 100kw's on australian reg unleaded and 108kw's on high octane aussie fuel (synergy 9000, bp ultimate.. etc)...
quarter mile times stock are in the low to mid 15's and 0-100 low to mid 8's, depending on the condition as well as the driver..

Hey thanks for your help Ill be heading down to the local weight bridge sometime this week. Also I was wondering the 108kw's is that at the wheels or engine?

That's 108kw's at the engine if you run on Premium. |
