hey there everybody.
just some ponderings about the beastly little 250 crossflow that lives under the hood of my te cortina.

please forgive me for sounding a little naive as im not the most mechanically minded person.

are there any recomendations or suggestions about a biggger carby ? is there anything thats almosta straight swap ?

and maybe about a slightly bigger cam ?

also, are there any better alternatives to the stock radiator ?

hey,
I used to have a pretty hot TD cortina with a 300hp crossflow and the biggest gain i found was using a bigger cam and carby but it all depends on how much hp you want and how much $$$$ you're willing to spend. Let me know and i'll be able to give you a better idea.
Best to get a 3 row radiator built although i only used a std one and went in lots of burnout comps, the gauge never got over 1/2 way and it was usually revving over 6000rpm.

I used to have a 250 x-flow TE Cortina. It had some sort of mild cam and a 350 Holley. Used to boot nicely. Till i sold it and wanted something that was injected like my EA with EB engine conversion.
