Hi all,
I found this fine site in my search for info on the Boss 260 DOHC 5.4 engine mainly info on the Intake and exhaust manifolds.
I am located in the states working on a 01 Mustang Conv project. I want to install a 5.4, but our 5.4 Engines all have Intakes to big to fit under the hood of Mustangs and the exhaust manifolds need to be custom.
I then heard that the Falcon XR8 had a low profile hood (like the Mustang) and a 5.4 DOHC engine. So would any of you fine folks know where I could get a Intake Manifold from one of these 5.4s? Or at least some detailed info on them?
Stuff like height, what side the intake comes out on, any aftermarket options?

| I'd suggest either looking at the Autralia Ford Website...or having a look at the Australian BA Falcon Website...I do not remmeber the site name off the top ofmy head but I will find it and get back to you...I may also be able to help as a friend of mine's father works for ford as a salesman and may be able to get those specs. |
