1tina: ok, simple question, a 400 webber is what exactly? a double barrel?
SikXC: Webers arent classed like Holley or any other carby as having single barrell, 2 barrell or 4 barrell throats etc.
They go by jet size and shape i think. Not 100% sure but i think what you're referring to is a 40mm weber.

ps. webbers are better than hollys but harder to get parts for. the make same power but use less fuel ( if they are tuned properly |
